📦 Our Commitment

We work hard to ensure that every fish, snail, or shrimp you order arrives healthy and happy. That’s why we offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all livestock shipped via UPS Overnight and 2-Day Air.

But listen closely — this guarantee only applies under the following conditions. If these aren’t followed, the guarantee is VOID.

📦 DOA Terms – Read Every Word

✅ What We Cover:

  • Livestock that arrives dead inside its original, unopened bag
  • Shipping errors not caused by carrier delay (e.g., wrong item, wrong count)

❌ What We Don’t Cover:

  • Delays caused by UPS/FedEx/weather = Guarantee is VOID
  • Fish that die after being introduced to your tank
  • Fish that hide, look stressed, or change color temporarily
  • Size, aggression, or compatibility issues — know what you're buying

🎥 VIDEO REQUIRED — NO EXCEPTIONS

To file a DOA claim, you must provide an unedited, timestamped unboxing video that clearly shows:

  • The unopened shipping box
  • You opening the box
  • The livestock in original sealed bags
  • A clear view of the dead animal in the bag

NO VIDEO = NO REFUND.
Blurry photos, after-the-fact videos, or “I forgot to record” = tough luck.


⏰ TIMING IS EVERYTHING

  • You must contact us within 1 hour of delivery time shown on the tracking number.
  • Send your video and message to: support@bluerippleaquatics.com
  • Claims sent later than 1 hour = not eligible, even if it’s DOA.

📦 DELIVERY RULES

  • Someone must be home to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.
  • If the package is left outside, delivered to the wrong address, or sits in a mailroom = VOID
  • If you reroute the package or delay pickup = VOID
  • If the package is delayed by UPS/FedEx = VOID (you’ll need to file a claim directly with them)

❌ Don’t Be That Person

  • Refuse a shipment
  • Attempt a chargeback on a valid order
  • Ignore this policy and try to “play dumb”

You will be banned from placing future livestock orders and possibly fed to a redtail catfish. 🐟
