• Supplies shipping: $14.99
• FREE shipping on supplies: orders of $99.99+
• Mixed orders: orders that include livestock follow livestock shipping rates
• Livestock shipping days: Monday–Wednesday
• DOA claim window: within 1 hour of delivery

• Eligible livestock shipped via Overnight / Next Day Air
• Orders delivered on the first delivery attempt
• Clear DOA documentation submitted within 1 hour of delivery

1. Email support@bluerippleaquatics.com within 1 hour of delivery.
2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the livestock in the unopened bag.
3. Include a photo of the shipping label and any additional photos we request for review.

We review eligible DOA claims quickly. Approved claims are resolved with store credit for the livestock value. Shipping, box, and handling charges are non-refundable.

• Report incorrect or missing items within 24 hours of delivery.
• Send clear photos of what you received, the box contents, and the shipping label.
• Once verified, we will resolve the issue based on what was missing or sent in error.

• Losses after acclimation caused by tank conditions, aggression, or water quality problems
• Claims sent after the 1-hour DOA window
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout or missed delivery attempts
• Transit risk outside eligible Live Arrival coverage terms
