Welcome to BlueRipple Aquatics (the “Site”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or purchasing from www.BlueRippleAquatics.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.

1. Use of the Site

By using our site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province, or that you have given us your consent to allow any minor dependents to use the site under your supervision.

You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Products & Services

We sell live tropical fish, invertebrates, and dry goods. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service at our discretion.

Availability of live stock can change quickly and may be substituted or canceled if the item is no longer available.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and Shopify-approved payment methods. By purchasing from us, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

4. Shipping & Live Arrival Guarantee

We ship livestock orders Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

Our Live Arrival Guarantee only applies if:

  • The order is shipped via UPS Overnight

  • You notify us within 2 hours of delivery

  • You provide clear photos of the deceased item(s) in the sealed bag

We do not guarantee live arrival if:

  • Shipping is delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect addresses

  • UPS Overnight is not selected at checkout

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns on live animals.

We accept returns on unused dry goods within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipping only. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, photos, product names, branding, and design — is the property of BlueRipple Aquatics and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

BlueRipple Aquatics is not liable for:

  • Losses due to delays, mishandling, or dead-on-arrival (DOA) beyond covered policies

  • Allergic reactions or issues resulting from livestock, plants, or aquarium products

  • Damages caused by misuse or improper aquarium care

Use all products and livestock responsibly and in accordance with proper aquarium care practices.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after changes implies acceptance.
