📦 Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with BlueRipple Aquatics! Please review our return policy carefully:


🐟 Live Animals (Fish, Shrimp, Snails, etc.)

Due to the sensitive nature of live animals, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any live stock purchases.

However, your order is protected by our Live Arrival Guarantee, only when shipped via UPS Overnight.

If any livestock arrives dead or unhealthy:

  • You must contact us within 2 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the deceased item(s) in their unopened bag

  • We’ll offer a refund or store credit at our discretion

💡 Note: The Live Arrival Guarantee does not apply to delays, mishandling, or extreme weather affecting delivery. We strongly recommend selecting UPS Overnight at checkout.


📦 Dry Goods (Equipment, Decor, Supplies)

We accept returns on all unused dry goods within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original, unopened packaging

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Refunds are issued once items are received and inspected
