Shipping rates & schedule
- Live fish shipping: $39.99
- Free Overnight Air: qualifying fish orders of $149+
- Supplies shipping: $14.99
- FREE shipping on supplies: orders of $99.99+
- Mixed orders: orders that include livestock follow livestock shipping rates
- Livestock shipping days: Monday–Wednesday
- DOA claim window: within 1 hour of delivery

How livestock is packed
- Livestock is packed in insulated shipping materials designed to reduce stress and temperature swings.
- Weather conditions are reviewed before shipment and protection is added when needed.
- Orders are prepared with arrival safety in mind from bagging to final box-out.

What buyers should do on delivery day
- Be ready to receive the package promptly.
- Bring the box inside and inspect the shipment right away.
- Begin acclimation as soon as practical.
- If there is a DOA issue, email your claim within 1 hour of delivery.
