  • Live fish shipping: $39.99
  • Free Overnight Air: qualifying fish orders of $149+
  • Supplies shipping: $14.99
  • FREE shipping on supplies: orders of $99.99+
  • Mixed orders: orders that include livestock follow livestock shipping rates
  • Livestock shipping days: Monday–Wednesday
  • DOA claim window: within 1 hour of delivery

What to do after you receive tracking

  • Monitor the tracking email and carrier scan updates.
  • Be available to bring the package inside as soon as possible.
  • Open livestock orders promptly and begin acclimation.
  • If there is a DOA issue, email photos within 1 hour of delivery.
