Returns & Refunds (Supplies Only)

BlueRipple Aquatics accepts returns on eligible supplies orders. Because live animals are perishable, livestock is not returnable once shipped. Transit issues with livestock are handled under our Shipping & DOA Policy.

Supplies return window

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was sent incorrectly or arrived damaged.

How refunds work

  • Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the situation.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Live-animal orders

  • Live fish, shrimp, snails, and other livestock are not returnable.
  • If a livestock order arrives with a transit issue, report it within 1 hour of delivery under our Shipping & DOA Policy.

To start a return, email support@bluerippleaquatics.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request.
